This course is the culmination of the fundamental and premium course, with the added benefit or conducting 4 courses per year and advanced development for your leadership staff. This course is design to sustain long-lasting impacts on your team  to empower them with mastery in communication, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation. During this course your team will master the OODA Loop Concept as well as the T.E.A.M Concept dynamic. These concepts have equipped some of the largest corporations in the United States with the strategies they needed to produce a premium experience for their clients and customers.

This course starts with a pre-assessment for each team member to help you get a baseline, track your progress, Q&A opportunities and actionable concepts to build into your daily routine.
